Located on 208 Street and 80th Ave in Langley Township, this property is being developed by RDG Yorkson Development Ltd.  This mountain view project began in September 2019. Alexander Square will consist of 2 x 6 storey wood frame buildings with a total of 308 units with 2 levels of undergoing parking. Units will range from 696 SQ. FT. Junior suites up to 1159 SQ. FT 3 bedrooms. Some features will be Courtyard Fire Pit, Dog run, Community Garden, Rooftop deck and Fitness Facilities.

The construction of Primrose began in September 2018.  Primrose is a 6 storey, 78 unit concrete structure with 2 levels of below grade parking.

Primrose is situated next to Queen Elizabeth Park. Its refined architecture will serve as a prominent gateway to the Cambie Corridor. Primrose consists of a wide selection of homes with a mix of condo’s and townhouses ranging from 1 to 4 bedrooms.  The building is angled to greet the roadway, offering an inviting curbside presence. Primrose offers a convenient central location that makes it easy to go anywhere in the city.

Early January 2018 will mark the start of construction of Sun Towers Phase 1 in Burnaby.  This development by Belford (Silver) Properties Ltd. is a 42 storey hi-rise with 5 levels of underground parking. The first 7 floors are designated commercial and the remainder as residential.  The 285 suite tower offers units from studio to 3 bedrooms ranging in size from 398 to 900 sq. ft.  It is located near Metro – Town which brings easy access to skytrain, shopping, restaurants and many other amenities. The estimated completion date is summer of 2020.

Excavation for Prime on the Plaza began January 2016. This condo and townhouse development by Reliance Properties and McDonald Development Corporation will be a 37 storey tower in the heart of downtown Surrey.  It will feature 398 units with efficient floor plans, premium fixtures & finishes, panoramic views and multiple outdoor terraces including a rooftop garden with kitchen. Floor plans include micro-lofts to 3 bedrooms ranging in size from 306  to 1410 sq. ft. The 4 plus levels of parking will have room for over 300 vehicles. Amenities include Fitness Center, Yoga & Pilates Studio, Sauna & Steam Room and much more. Prime on the Plaza is situated on University Drive and 103 Avenue and is next door to the North Surrey Recreation Center and 1 block away from the Skytrain station and Central City Shopping Center.  Anticipated completion date is June 2019.

The excavation for Evolve began February 2016. Located in Surrey’s City Centre area, this 35 storey high rise will feature 407 units in 14 different designs. This beautifully designed property with 360 degree views is being developed by Weststone Group and offers amenities that include a gourmet kitchen, fully equipped gym, theatre, sky patio & lounge with kitchen and much more. Interconnecting garden paths will connect to Central Surrey amenities and transit. A fully secured underground parkade will include secure bicycle storage. Evolve is a block from Surrey Central Skytrain station and a short walk to SFU Campus, Central City Mall and many other shopping conveniences. The estimated completion date is June 2019.

This new development by Jameson Development Group is located in North Vancouver, a block away from Lonsdale Ave and amenities that includes a myriad of shops and restaurants and is minutes away form the waterfront and Lonsdale Quay Market. This building will be a 6 storey wood frame with one level of underground parking that features 96 rental units. Construction began in June 2017 and anticipated completion date is Spring 2019.

Township Commons is a wood frame development by Kingdom Properties is located in Langley BC and consists of 18 buildings.  Buildings 1 – 15 will be 3 storey townhouses (91 units) with garage parking and Buildings 16 and 17 will be 5 storey condos (120 units) with 1.5 levels of below grade parking. Amenity Building will be 2 storey. Total sq. ft. for Buildings 1 – 15 and Amenity is 173,363 and Building 16 and 17 is 154,130.

Located on Dunbar and 16th in Vancouver, this property is being developed by Exeter Properties Ltd.  The project excavation began Sept 2018. The Grey is a 4 level concrete building with 2 levels of below grade parkade. The ground level will be designated commercial space and levels 2 to 4 will be residential consisting of 29 two and three bedroom units.
