Current Projects

We have a lot on the  go! From residential and commercial to institutional, our teams are hard at work, living our Core Values and delivering safe, quality projects for our clients and communities. Here are some current projects.

Atmosphere, a grand scale neighborhood occupying a full city block and the gateway to Richmond’s modern downtown core, began construction in the fall of 2019. This innovative masterplan takes an inspired approach to community, weaving residential and retail with inspired workplaces and imaginative play spaces. Seven towers of homes and business incubators rise above a vibrant courtyard of shops and restaurants, framing a sunlit podium of gardens and a skywalk mezzanine. Atmosphere is scheduled for completion in 2023.

May 2020 marked the beginning of Sun Tower 2. This luxury concrete tower by Belford Properties is a 26-storey condo development located in the heart of Metrotown and offers 194 condominiums with sizes ranging from 580 to 1604 sq. ft. Residents will enjoy exclusive access to Solaris Club, with 24,000 sq. ft. of amenities, including a swimming pool, sky garden, golf room, fitness center, and badminton court. Residents of Sun Tower 2 will also be guaranteed enrolment in the well-known Montessori daycare. Located only 20 minutes away from downtown, 30 minutes away from the airport, and 15 minutes away from the SFU Burnaby campus all while being surrounded by majestic evergreen trees and stunning mountain views. The development is scheduled for completion in 2022.

Located in the heart of the City of White Rock, Soleil will begin construction late spring 2020. A walker’s paradise Soleil is situated with easy walking distance to all local community amenities. Boasting panoramic ocean and mountain views Soleil’s concrete structure will encompass 26 stories of residential units in addition to 25,000 sq. ft. of retail/office space and 5 levels of below ground parking. Units range in size from 635 sq.ft. one bedroom and den to 1,925 sq.ft. three bedroom, family room and den and all with building amenities that include a fitness facility, yoga studio, steam room and sauna, hot tub, fire pits and outdoor lounge. Soleil, another quality project from RDG Management Ltd, is scheduled for completion in 2023.

Located on 208 Street and 80th Ave in Langley Township, this property is being developed by RDG Yorkson Development Ltd.  This mountain view project began in September 2019. Alexander Square will consist of 2 x 6 storey wood frame buildings with a total of 308 units with 2 levels of underground parking. Units will range from 696 SQ. FT. Junior suites up to 1159 SQ. FT 3 bedrooms. Some features will be Courtyard Fire Pit, Dog run, Community Garden, Rooftop deck and Fitness Facilities.

The construction of Primrose began in September 2018.  Primrose is a 6 storey, 78 unit concrete structure with 2 levels of below grade parking. Primrose is situated next to Queen Elizabeth Park. Its refined architecture will serve as a prominent gateway to the Cambie Corridor. Primrose consists of a wide selection of homes with a mix of condo’s and townhouses ranging from 1 to 4 bedrooms.  The building is angled to greet the roadway, offering an inviting curbside presence. Primrose offers a convenient central location that makes it easy to go anywhere in the city.

Early January 2018 will mark the start of construction of Sun Towers Phase 1 in Burnaby.  This development by Belford (Silver) Properties Ltd. is a 42 storey hi-rise with 5 levels of underground parking. The first 7 floors are designated commercial and the remainder as residential.  The 285 suite tower offers units from studio to 3 bedrooms ranging in size from 398 to 900 sq. ft.  It is located near Metro – Town which brings easy access to skytrain, shopping, restaurants and many other amenities. The estimated completion date is April 2021.

Township Commons is a wood frame development by Kingdom Properties is located in Langley BC and consists of 18 buildings.  Buildings 1 – 15 will be 3 storey townhouses (91 units) with garage parking and Buildings 16 and 17 will be 5 storey condos (120 units) with 1.5 levels of below grade parking. Amenity Building will be 2 storey. Total sq. ft. for Buildings 1 – 15 and Amenity is 173,363 and Building 16 and 17 is 154,130.

The Corners, by RDG Management, offers spacious living in Surrey’s thriving neighbourhood of Clayton Central. The Corners provides a close connection to nature paired with the comfort of a tight-knit community and exceptional conveniences. You’ll love the more than 12,000 square feet of shared indoor and outdoor amenity space, along with 8,000 square feet of shops and services right at your doorstep. With a total of 71 units and 18 townhomes, The Corners is defined by well-planned layouts that emphasize function and flow. Natural light is abundant, drawn inside through spacious windows. Quality fixtures and finishes were hand- selected for their durability and contemporary aesthetic. Estimated completion date Summer 2022.

 

Hub Place is half a block west of SkyTrain’s Commercial-Broadway Station and across the street from the Rio Theatre and boasts 12 studios, 60 one-bedroom units, 36 two-bedroom units and six three-bedroom rental units. Tenants will have access to an indoor and outdoor amenity space on the seventh level. An additional 5,300 sq ft in ground level restaurant and retail space activates the building’s East Broadway frontage near the transit hub. Another great project developed by Jameson Development Corporation and designed by IBI Group. Estimated completion date of Fall 2023.
