March 30, 2015 marked the start of construction of a new residential high rise development located in the heart of New Westminster. It is strategically located on the corner of Carnarvon Street and 6th Street close to skytrain, amenities and many local services, all within walking distance.
The attractive 26 storey complex features 3 levels of underground parking, 5 commercial retail units and 282 rental units which is comprised of townhouses, studio, 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom units. Amenity areas compliment the diverse unit layouts which maximize the use of space and functionality.

The Cambie Street & 61st Project, developed by South Street Development Group, began construction in November 2015. This premier mid rise rental project is located along the Cambie Corridor near the Marine Gateway Skytrain Station in Marpole. Two 6-storey buildings will be constructed with 3 levels of concrete and 3 levels of wood and will consist of a total of 129 units comprised of studio, one and two bedroom suites ranging in size from 480 to 950 sq. ft. Included in the 2 levels of underground parking will be bike storage and charging stations for alternative fuel vehicles. This property will also include space for the Cambie Gospel Hall which occupied the site before development.
Completion date was Spring 2018.
In March 2017, Metro-Can assumed the construction of the final stages of Elements. This residential property is being developed by Sandhill Developments Ltd. Elements is conveniently situated in the heart of Langley within walking distance to Willowbrook Mall with many other amenities just across the street. This project will see the completion of one level of parking accompanied by 3 four storey condo buildings. Building D will house 68 units from studio to 3 bedrooms complete with Amenities on L1 and L2. Building E will consist of 43 units from studio to 2 bedrooms. Completion of this portion of the project is estimated to be June 2018. Building F is expected to begin construction in August 2017 and will consist of 50 units from studio to 2 bedrooms with child friendly amenities. The anticipated completion of Building F is August 2018.
This new development by Jameson Development Group is located in North Vancouver, a block away from Lonsdale Ave and amenities that includes a myriad of shops and restaurants and is minutes away form the waterfront and Lonsdale Quay Market. This building will be a 6 storey wood frame with one level of underground parking that features 96 rental units. Construction began in June 2017 and anticipated completion date is Fall 2018.
